Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Minta Speller.

Because our Deluxe Gift Bundles include autographed books and specially assembled gift items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at minta@mintaspeller.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been prepared or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
