Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order.

Shipping Rate

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95 per order within the United States. The shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delivery times vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact minta@mintaspeller.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact minta@mintaspeller.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
